Standard Flex Backdrop Package
Core Setup
- Themed Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft printed flex banner mounted on a concealed metal frame. Customized with the child's name and chosen theme (e.g., Cocomelon, Peppa Pig).
- Balloon Styling: An organic L-shaped or semi-arch arrangement using approx. 250 to 300 matte or pastel latex balloons.
- Cake Display: 3 cylindrical plinths wrapped in themed flex prints or fabric to hold the cake and desserts.
Props & Details
- Character Cutouts: 3 to 4 sunboard (foam board) 2D cutouts standing 2ft to 3ft tall.
- Signage: A2 size welcome board mounted on a wooden easel.
- Flooring: Artificial green grass mat (10ft x 8ft) defining the stage area.
Logistics
- Transport & Labor: Includes delivery, setup (2 decorators), and breakdown within city limits.
- Consumables: All tapes, ties, and securing materials included.

Arch Stage Design
- Structure: 3-piece layered backdrop styling using MDF/hardboard arches (Main 7ft arch + 2 side semi-arches). Finished with paint or matte vinyl prints.
- Premium Balloons: Dense organic garland using 600 to 800 balloons. Includes high-end chrome (shiny), confetti, and double-stuffed pastel balloons.
- Lighting: Includes one major light feature like a Neon "Happy Birthday" sign or Marquee LED initial/number.
- Flooring: White vinyl or large artificial turf (12ft x 10ft) for a clean look.
Props & Walkway
