Choose One of Five Boxes

Each box has five items, all vegetarian.

• Package 1: Cheese corn triangles, mini veg sliders, Arrabiata penne pasta in red sauce, chocolate muffins, tetrapack juice.
• Package 2: Cheese garlic bread, loaded nachos, veggie pizza, chocolate tart, tetrapack juice.
• Package 3: Potato kieves, mini samosa, Alfredo penne pasta in white sauce, donuts, tetrapack juice.
• Package 4: Veg spring rolls, veg manchurian, veg noodles, apple cake, tetrapack juice.
• Package 5: Smileys, chilly cheese toast, veg or mayo sandwich, chocochip cup cake, tetrapack juice.

Packaging

• Disposable cardboard box with tissues and basic cutlery.

How Pricing Works

• Price moves within the range depending on veg or non veg and how many items you want in the box.
• No 50 guest minimum on boxes. We can do as few as 10. Small orders travel by cab or Porter and delivery is charged on actuals.

Terms

• For delivery only orders under 50 people we take 100 percent payment at the time of booking.
• Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
• Transportation is charged extra depending on the location.
• We do not currently offer vegan, gluten free or Jain menus.

Buffet Menu

• Beverages: Coffee, tea and soft drinks, plus one cold mocktail. Our mocktail counter does virgin mojito, pina colada, blue lagoon and green apple punch.
• Veg short eats: Cucumber tomato sandwich, veg sliders, spring rolls, mini samosa, cheese jalapeno poppers, cheese corn triangles, mushroom bruschetta, paneer croissant, mini pizza, veg club sandwich, coleslaw sandwich, nachos with dips, tomato basil bruschetta, veg cutlets, chilly cheese toast, quesadilla, croquettes.
• Non veg short eats: Chicken and cheese slider, chicken spring rolls, cutlets, nuggets, sandwiches, bruschetta, puffs, mini pizza, barbecue chicken pizza, popcorn, fingers, kheema samosa, quiche, tarts, quesadilla, croquettes.
• Cookies and desserts: Chocochip and butter cookies, banana walnut cake, chocolate walnut brownies, muffins, vanilla plain cake, mini cup cakes in vanilla, chocolate and tutti frutti, chocolate donuts, lemon or chocolate or fruit tarts.
• Hot main option: Pav bhaji with buttered pav, or a live pasta counter.

Service and Hardware

• White linens, steel chafing dishes, eco friendly wooden cutlery and service staff.
• Our staff are trained to serve your guests, not only to stand behind the counter.

How Pricing Works

• We work on customised menus rather than fixed ones, so the price moves with what you choose.
• Minimum 50 guests.
• Crockery and serveware, service staff and transportation are charged on top. For roughly 50 guests we deploy 3 to 4 staff.

What We Bring and What You Arrange

• You arrange the buffet tables and chairs. This is the thing clients most often assume, so worth saying plainly: furniture is not in our scope. Everything that goes on the table is ours.
• For a live counter we will tell you in writing what we carry and what we need from you, such as a 15 amp plug point.

Terms

• 50 percent at the time of booking, 50 percent on the event day. This applies to corporate bookings too.
• Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
• We need 2 hours on site to set up, 1.5 hours at minimum.
• Guest count increases need 2 to 3 days notice and are adjusted in the final bill.
• Food tasting is not something we offer as standard. For a large gathering, ask us and we will see what we can do.
• We clean spillover on the buffet table. Deep cleaning and wet or dry waste disposal are not part of our scope.

Decor and Styling

• Aesthetics: Multi level display using wooden crates, tiered stands and theme specific props.
• Service: Uniformed chefs and servers, premium ceramic and wood platters.

Gourmet Menu

• Cold Bites: Greek salad skewers, hummus platters with pita, assorted canapes.
• Hot Appetizers: Mini chicken sliders, prawn or paneer skewers, savoury tarts.
• Live Station: Made to order pasta or momos in bamboo steamers.
• Desserts: Macarons, themed mini cupcakes, brownies and mousse shots.
• Beverages: Assorted glass bottled juices or mocktails.

How Pricing Works

• A grazing table is quoted as a full setup, not per plate. The figure shown is where we start.
• For an accurate quote we need to know how many items you want, how many mocktails, and how many people are coming.
• Crockery and serveware, service staff and transportation are charged on top.

What We Bring and What You Arrange

• We bring the crates, stands, props, platters, labels, food and staff.
• You arrange the tables and chairs. Furniture is not in our scope.

Terms

• 50 percent at the time of booking, 50 percent on the event day.

• A grazing table needs the full 2 hours on site to set up.
• No bar service and no liquor serving. No cake orders.
• Non veg covers chicken, fish, prawns and mutton. We do not cook beef, pork or any other meat. No vegan, gluten free or Jain menus at present.
• Leftover food is yours to keep, share or distribute as you wish.
