I bridge the gap between initial concepts and final construction, ensuring your building stays true to the original design.

The initial sketch concept for "The Twin House" project in Kogilu, Bangalore. This hand-drawn overlay on a 3D model helps establish the design's core aesthetic and structure.

The finalized 3D render for "The Twin House," showing the symmetrical design with stone cladding and clean lines. This visualization brings the initial sketch to life with realistic materials and lighting.

A 3D render of the Patton House office interior in Koramangala. This concept shows the proposed layout, color scheme, and custom furniture, including the wood-clad pillar and geometric wall graphics.

The actual completed office space, photographed during setup. This image shows how the final built environment faithfully matches the 3D render, from the wall paint design to the workstation layout.

A design sketch for the Manjulamma residence, blending a 3D model with artistic lines. This style helps communicate the feel and form of the intricate facade design early in the process.

The final, photorealistic render of the Manjulamma residence. This image details the complex interplay of wood panels, geometric screens, and other contemporary facade elements that define the project.

A short video showing a residential project during the interior construction phase. This behind-the-scenes look reveals the raw structure, including the circular skylights designed to bring natural light deep into the home.

About this collection

I don't just hand over a blueprint and walk away. When you look at these projects, you will see the exact 3D render transformed into the physical building. I personally manage the transition from those initial hand-drawn concepts and digital models to the final construction, so the house you see in the render is what you actually get on-site.

A gap often forms between a designer's intent and a contractor's execution. I bridge this by handling both the architecture and the construction. Whether it is the Twin House in Kogilu or the Patton House office in Koramangala, the process starts with a 3D model that serves as a technical roadmap rather than just a presentation tool.

We use these renders to drive site marking and material selection. If we sketch a double-height space or a specific facade pattern, we ensure the structural drawings and site visits support that build. I limit my project load so I can personally oversee critical stages, including structural foundation, plinth verification, and facade detailing. This means you do not deal with confusing contractor jargon or surprise structural changes. You deal with the architect who understands exactly why that shadow falls a certain way on the facade or why a specific wall needs to move for better light flow. If you are tired of designers who disappear after printing the drawings, we should talk about how to keep your project honest and on track.

I'm Ashok. I believe if you want your life to work, you have to be the architect, both in design and in living. I stay hands-on with every project, keeping the process simple so your vision ends up on the ground, not just on paper.
