Standard Interior Remodeling
Civil & Demolition
- Dismantling: Removal of existing flooring, skirting, and damp wall plaster. Debris disposal to designated BBMP yards.
- Flooring: Installation of Kajaria or Somany Double Charged Vitrified Tiles (2x2 ft or 4x2 ft).
- Wall Finishes: Internal wall putty (2 coats), primer, and 2 coats of Premium Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent).
Functional Interiors
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout using BWP Marine Ply (710 Grade) for wet areas with 1mm Laminate finish.
- Kitchen Hardware: Soft-close hinges and tandem boxes (Hettich or Ebco standard range).
- Countertop: Jet Black or Hassan Green Granite.
- Bathrooms: Replacement of sanitaryware (Jaquar or Hindware) and ceramic anti-skid tiles up to 7ft height.

- Custom Fabrication: Mild Steel (MS) hollow rectangular tubes treated with Zinc Phosphate primer and automotive-grade PU paint.

Facade Transformation & Modern Makeover
The outside of your building gets people talking before they even step inside. I’ll play with materials - Jalli screens, MS sheets, wood, and even green walls. Mixing these up can totally change the vibe. Sometimes, I add clay block screens or vertical fins to control the sunlight and create cool shadow patterns. And I keep things lightweight so the old bones of your building stay safe.
Interiors: Open, Bright, Functional
Making spaces look bigger is my jam. Double-height rooms, big windows, skylights - these bring in loads of light and help connect inside and outside. For folks who care about it, I build in Vastu-compliant renovations right from the start. Got a small plot? I’ve got tricks like zig-zag room layouts and internal wells to make every inch count.
Structural Floor Addition & Expansion
If you need to go up, I manage adding new floors even on older buildings. I handle all the structural challenges so it feels like your new space was always meant to be there.
