Standard Interior Remodeling
Civil & Demolition
- Dismantling: Removal of existing flooring, skirting, and damp wall plaster. Debris disposal to designated BBMP yards.
- Flooring: Installation of Kajaria or Somany Double Charged Vitrified Tiles (2x2 ft or 4x2 ft).
- Wall Finishes: Internal wall putty (2 coats), primer, and 2 coats of Premium Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent).
Functional Interiors
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout using BWP Marine Ply (710 Grade) for wet areas with 1mm Laminate finish.
- Kitchen Hardware: Soft-close hinges and tandem boxes (Hettich or Ebco standard range).
- Countertop: Jet Black or Hassan Green Granite.
- Bathrooms: Replacement of sanitaryware (Jaquar or Hindware) and ceramic anti-skid tiles up to 7ft height.
Electrical & Plumbing
- Plumbing: Replacement of corroded pipes with CPVC/UPVC and new CP fittings (Mixers, Taps).
- Electrical: Shifting switch points based on layout and installing new modular switches (Legrand or Schneider basic series).
Full Home Makeover with Facade Design
Facade Engineering
- Custom Fabrication: Mild Steel (MS) hollow rectangular tubes treated with Zinc Phosphate primer and automotive-grade PU paint.
- Screening: Installation of Terracotta or Clay Jali blocks for ventilation and light patterns.
- Glazing: Enlarged window openings using System Aluminium or UPVC windows (Fenesta or LG) with toughened glass.
- Texture: Exterior texture paint combined with stone cladding or rustic cement finish patches.
Premium Civil Changes
- Space Planning: Re-aligning internal walls to create Open Plan layouts and Vastu compliant entrances.
- Flooring: Large format GVT tiles (4x2 ft or 6x4 ft) or Italian Marble in living and dining areas.
Luxury Interiors
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board ceiling (Saint-Gobain or Gyproc) with cove lighting channels.
- Joinery: Custom TV units and wardrobes using ply with veneer or PU coat finish.
- Lighting: Integrated profile LED lighting (magnetic tracks or strip lights).
Additional Floor Construction
Structural Construction
- Load Analysis: Structural audit of existing building to check load-bearing capacity.
- Framework: RCC Columns and Beams extension using Fe 550 TMT steel (Tata or JSW) and Cement (Ultratech or ACC).
- Masonry: Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks for walls to reduce dead load.
- Roofing: 5-inch thick RCC Roof Slab with chemical waterproofing (Dr. Fixit or Fosroc).
Doors & Windows
- Windows: Powder-coated Aluminium sliding windows (2-track) with 5mm clear glass.
- Doors: Teak wood frame main door with veneered flush shutter. Sal wood frame internal doors.
Finishes
- Flooring: Standard Vitrified tiles throughout the new floor.
- Utility: Anti-skid ceramic tiling in utility and balcony areas.
- Terrace: Weather-proof clay tiles or screed concrete finish.
Facade Only Modernization
Surface Preparation
- Scaffolding: Metal cup-lock scaffolding erection for full building height.
- Base Work: Chipping off old plaster, crack treatment, and re-plastering to level surfaces.
Cladding & Fabrication
- Composite Elements: High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding or Shera Board planking on highlighted areas.
- Metal Works: Decorative MS (Mild Steel) rafters or box-sections for aesthetic geometry.
- Green Wall: Provision for vertical garden elements or planter boxes integrated into the facade.
Finishing
- Paint: High-grade exterior weather-proof emulsion (5-7 year warranty).
- Lighting: Exterior warm-white COB lights or two-way wall washers.

The outside of your building gets people talking before they even step inside. I’ll play with materials - Jalli screens, MS sheets, wood, and even green walls. Mixing these up can totally change the vibe. Sometimes, I add clay block screens or vertical fins to control the sunlight and create cool shadow patterns. And I keep things lightweight so the old bones of your building stay safe.
Interiors: Open, Bright, Functional
Making spaces look bigger is my jam. Double-height rooms, big windows, skylights - these bring in loads of light and help connect inside and outside. For folks who care about it, I build in Vastu-compliant renovations right from the start. Got a small plot? I’ve got tricks like zig-zag room layouts and internal wells to make every inch count.
Structural Floor Addition & Expansion
If you need to go up, I manage adding new floors even on older buildings. I handle all the structural challenges so it feels like your new space was always meant to be there.
