Architecture and Interiors from Sketch to Site
The design process does not conclude when a 3D render is approved. We bridge the gap between architectural drawings and the physical environment through disciplined site supervision.
A before-and-after comparison of a bedroom nook. On the left is the raw construction, and on the right is the finished, tranquil space. This shows the transformation from a concrete shell to a peaceful retreat.
Another view of the before-and-after transformation, highlighting how light, materials, and furnishings bring a space to life.
The space during construction. Even in its raw state, the potential of the space is visible through the composition and the way light enters from the opening.
The same raw construction view, showing the basic form before the application of finishing materials.
A work-in-progress shot of a residence, with my design notes overlaid. This shows the level of detail and planning that goes into executing a feature like this hardwood partition and bookshelf.
A detailed architectural drawing for an office building. Precision in the planning phase is critical to achieving a high-quality final result.
The RT Nagar residence terrace during its final stages. The clean white walls and grey flooring create a minimalist canvas.
An overhead view of the multi-level terraces and courtyards, showing the complex interplay of open and covered spaces.
The empty terrace space, awaiting furniture and plants to complete the vision.
Another high-angle view, showing how the different volumes of the house are framed.
About From Vision to Reality
Many assume the design is finished once the concept is approved, but the true work begins on-site. We treat the construction phase as an extension of our design work, performing regular site visits to ensure that every detail we document in our GFC drawings appears exactly as intended in your finished home.
We look at every project as a transition from idea to artifact. The drawings we produce in our studio are blueprints for reality, not just visual aids. When we start a project, we generate detailed GFC (Good For Construction) drawings that cover everything from electrical layouts and plumbing to marble cutting patterns and joinery specifications.
We do not just hand over a set of drawings and walk away. Our team maintains a constant presence on-site, conducting weekly or fortnightly inspections to check civil work and finishes. This is where we verify the quality of Italian marble flooring, the alignment of shadow gaps in false ceilings, and the precision of our joinery details. If a site condition requires a change, we solve it on the spot, ensuring the integrity of the design is never compromised for the sake of convenience.
This rigorous approach to execution removes the uncertainty often associated with interior and architectural projects. By maintaining strict control over the construction process, we ensure that the quality, material finish, and spatial experience you see in our digital renders are exactly what you get upon handover.
