**Group Coaching: The Fundamentals Our recreational group coaching, capped at a 1:4 student-to-coach ratio, is where you build your foundation. We focus on technical grips like the Continental and Eastern, essential footwork, and game logic covering scoring and doubles positioning. You will move from static hitting to rally consistency using hand-fed drills.
**Advanced Performance & Fitness For those looking to compete, our daily batches combine high-speed, live-ball drills with specific off-court agility training developed with Spire Performance. We use the Slinger Bag for high-repetition stroke consistency and point simulations to sharpen your match play for local tournaments.
**Private Technical Sessions Need to fix a specific flaw in your serve or volley? Our 1-on-1 sessions offer dedicated time with AITA-certified senior coaches. We use video feedback to analyze your biomechanics, ensuring you hit more efficiently and safely.
