- Duration: 90 Minutes per session (60 mins Tennis + 30 mins Fitness).
- Surfaces: Training on both Clay (consistency) and Hard courts (speed).

- Rallying: Focus on keeping the ball deep, reducing unforced errors, and kinetic chain usage.
- Technique: Dedicated drills for serve placement, volleys, and net play.
- Match Play: Internal sparring and practice matches on weekends.

Doesn’t matter if you’ve never picked up a racket or you’re gunning for top tournaments. I coach:

- Juniors chasing big goals - we’ve got groups from U-6 up to U-18 for those serious about junior tennis development
- Aspiring pros who want tournament preparation coaching and goal-based training (some of our kids hit India No. 1 in juniors)
How We Train
I’m obsessed with building real players, not just teaching strokes.
- On court, we fix technique using tennis biomechanics training and work on tactics like shot selection and point construction
- Off court, we focus on strength, agility, recovery, and mental toughness for athletes. You’ll hear me say, “Bas lage raho” (Just keep at it)
- We use video analysis for tennis improvement - watching yourself play is an absolute game changer
