Tennis Fitness Training for Peak Performance
Stop treating the gym and the tennis court as two separate worlds. Our training programs are designed to make you faster, more explosive, and injury-free, so you can dominate the court.
Train like an athlete, move like a champion. Our tennis-specific fitness sessions, designed with expert coach Manish Sagar, build the explosive power, agility, and endurance you need to dominate the court and prevent injury.
A look inside our specialized fitness training with Spire Performance. We focus on functional movements and strength conditioning tailored for tennis players to enhance performance and ensure they are injury-free.
The grind isn't just about hitting balls. Our training includes dedicated fitness work both on and off the court, day and night, to build complete athletes.
About Get Fit on the Court
We do not do generic treadmill runs here. Our sessions, led by specialist coach Manish Sagar from Spire Performance, focus on lateral agility, explosive first steps, and core stability—movements you actually use during a match. You will be working on the same agility protocols that help our competitive players survive long, grueling rallies without the fatigue.
Why Tennis-Specific Fitness Matters
Most people train in a gym, but tennis requires a completely different kind of conditioning. You aren't running in a straight line for an hour. You are moving laterally, lunging, changing direction, and recovering in a split second. Our fitness training targets these specific demands.
The SlamQuest x Spire Performance Approach
We partnered with Manish Sagar to bring professional-grade strength and conditioning to the tennis court. The program is built around three pillars:
- Lateral Agility: Drills that train your feet to be faster and your change-of-direction to be instinctive.
- Explosive Power: We work on the kinetic chain to give your serve and groundstrokes more pop.
- Injury Prevention: Tennis is hard on the knees and ankles. We focus on stabilizing muscles to ensure you stay on the court, not on the sidelines.
What To Expect
Whether you are a recreational player looking to shed stress or an athlete preparing for AITA tournaments, the intensity is scalable. We run these sessions at our facilities in Dhaula Kuan, Delhi, and our courts in Noida (Sector 75 and 163).
We keep our sessions high-energy because we know the 'grind' is where progress happens. You can expect 90 to 120 minutes of work, including dedicated sessions for strength and endurance. If you are serious about leveling up your game, this is where you start.
