We believe that even in the dense fabric of a city, architecture can create sanctuaries of light, air, and community. We replace standard layouts with climate-responsive spaces that prioritize human connection.

The facade of the Boat Club Apartments features angled, cantilevered balconies that create a dynamic rhythm while providing essential shade and private outdoor spaces for each residence.

A glass skylight floods the central atrium of the apartment building with natural light, which cascades down the exposed concrete walls, creating dramatic shadows and illuminating the common areas.

The main staircase is conceived as a social space, with wide landings and views across the atrium that encourage interaction between residents. The material palette combines raw concrete with the warmth of wood and the sleekness of glass.

About Urban Living Reimagined

When we approach high-density housing, we look beyond the square footage to how air and light move through the entire building. In our Boat Club project, we broke the building mass into smaller volumes and incorporated staggered balconies, ensuring that every individual unit receives natural light while maintaining strict privacy for all residents.
