Yoga is not just exercise, it is a state of being. Join me in moving beyond the physical mat to explore meditation, chanting, and the deeper philosophy of self-realization.

My practice integrates all facets of yoga. This includes aerial yoga for the body, Rudrabhishek puja for spiritual connection, and playing the harmonium for kirtan and devotional chanting.

A class concludes with the universal sound of Om and palming to absorb the energy generated. These simple yet profound practices are essential for integrating the benefits of a yoga session.

Meditation is the ultimate answer when you seek clarity. Here, I lead a meditation session with the gentle accompaniment of a harmonium, guiding students toward a state of inner quiet and connection.

Divine wisdom teaches us to chant while cooking and eating, turning our food into prasadam. This principle of mindfulness is a key part of the yogic lifestyle that I teach.

A glimpse into the devotional and physical aspects of my practice. From advanced asanas like Karnapidasana to seated prayer, every action can be an offering to the divine.

As a teacher, I offer words, but the meaning is created within the listener. This is a fundamental truth in the path of yoga, where self-realization comes from one's own understanding and experience.

This beautiful poem captures the essence of yoga as a dance with nature. It reflects my belief that yoga is about finding harmony with the world around us and the universe within.

In this clip, I am performing a puja, a sacred ritual of offering and devotion. The spiritual practices of yoga are integral to my life and my teaching, providing a path to connect with the divine.

About The Spiritual Path of Yoga

In our sessions, we often use the harmonium to lead Kirtan, a practice that shifts your focus from external stress to internal stillness. This is not about performing but about allowing the vibration of the mantra to settle the mind before we begin any physical asana.

True yoga is a bridge between the physical body and the inner consciousness. Many students come to me for back pain or stiffness, but they stay because they find a sense of peace that they cannot explain. This is the essence of my teaching.

Moving Beyond the Asana

While we address the body through postures, we emphasize Sadhana (spiritual practice). We incorporate specific techniques to quiet the mind:

  • Mantra and Kirtan: Using sound to purify the environment and the practitioner.
  • Pranayama: Moving beyond basic breathing to control vital energy.
  • Tratak and Meditation: Techniques to improve focus and reduce mental clutter.

Integrating the Yogic Lifestyle

I teach that your practice does not end when you step off the mat. We discuss Aahar-Vihar (diet and lifestyle) and how to maintain a Sattvik (pure) state of mind throughout the day. Whether you are cooking, working, or resting, there is a yogic way to approach every task.

We operate from our center in Sector 117, Noida, and offer courses for those who wish to deepen their understanding of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Whether you are looking for simple stress relief or a long-term spiritual discipline, my approach is to guide you step-by-step, ensuring you understand the why behind every practice.
