Medical Yoga Workshops and Community Wellness Events
Experience our approach to healing through weekly workshops and community sessions, where we bridge the gap between ancient yogic wisdom and modern therapeutic practice.
It was an honor to be recognized at the Fit India event on Women's Day for my work in yoga, naturopathy, and ayurveda. Service to the community is a core part of my dharma.
During a live session on Newsnation, I had the opportunity to discuss yoga therapy as a powerful alternative medicine. Spreading joy and health is essential, as a simple smile can heal.
I was delighted to lead a yoga session for the students at Manav Rachna School on International Yoga Day. Introducing the benefits of yoga to the younger generation is always a privilege.
A closer look at our hybrid medical yoga workshop. I use a projector to ensure that my online students are fully integrated into the class, receiving the same level of attention as those present in the shala.
Here you can see one of our online participants projected for the class to see. This interactive setup in our workshops fosters a sense of community between our online and offline students.

An interactive moment during a hybrid workshop. I encourage questions and discussions to ensure every student, whether in person or online, fully grasps the concepts being taught.

About Workshops & Community Events
Every Sunday at noon, I host free workshops specifically for teachers looking to transition into medical yoga. We do not just lecture here. We break down anatomical conditions, use therapeutic props like rope walls and aerial hammocks, and discuss real student cases to help you sharpen your therapeutic touch.
My workshops are a space for honest exchange. Whether you join us in-person at our Noida studio or via our hybrid online setup, the goal remains the same: moving beyond the mat. We look at yoga as a science of healing.
In these sessions, I guide participants through the bimari ki jadd (root cause of disease) approach. We might spend an hour dissecting the mechanics of a slip disc or discussing how to modify sequences for students with frozen shoulder or hypertension. I use projectors to bring my online students into the heart of the shala, ensuring that distance does not compromise the quality of learning.
These gatherings are also where we build our community of healers. You will meet fellow instructors navigating the same challenges, share your experiences, and learn to apply techniques like Nadi Shodhan (alternate nostril breathing) or Shatkarma (detox) in a safe, guided manner. It is not about perfect poses; it is about developing the intuition and knowledge to help others regain their health. If you are ready to stop teaching mere exercise and start facilitating wellness, I invite you to join us this Sunday.
