Here is a glimpse into our therapy training sessions, where we bridge ancient yogic wisdom with practical, hands-on healing techniques for aspiring instructors.

Here I demonstrate Vyaghrasana, or Tiger Pose, a dynamic asana that builds core strength and improves balance. This pose is excellent for strengthening the back and toning the spinal nerves.

This is the starting position for Marjaryasana-Bitilasana (Cat-Cow Pose). I teach students to synchronize breath with movement to warm up the spine and relieve tension in the back and neck.

A variation of Balancing Table Pose, using the wall for support. This modification helps students build stability and focus on lengthening the spine before attempting the full, unsupported pose.

This image shows the forward fold in a variation of Cat-Cow, emphasizing the deep flexion of the spine. This movement helps to release tension in the lower back and stretch the entire vertebral column.

The upward arch of the Cat-Cow sequence. This posture opens the chest and strengthens the back muscles, promoting better posture and flexibility in the spine.

Yoga is about uniting yourself with the divine, not just physical postures. This sequence, moving from Virabhadrasana II to Parsvakonasana, demonstrates the meditative flow that I encourage in my students.

A glimpse into a group session where students practice a flowing sequence of asanas. The synchronized movement builds a collective energy in the room, enhancing each individual's practice.

Strength and flexibility are developed together in my classes. Here, students practice Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) to build back strength and open the chest.

Core strength is fundamental to a stable yoga practice. My students work on building their core with poses like Eka Pada Sirsasana variation, which also improves balance and focus.

The atmosphere in my institute is one of serenity and focus. This video shows me in meditation, demonstrating a state of inner stillness, and guiding a student to find correct alignment and energy flow.

About Our Students in Practice

You will notice that we rarely work in isolation. Whether it is using wall ropes for spinal traction or aerial hammocks for decompression, my students are trained to support one another. This community-based learning ensures that you do not just memorize theory but master the hands-on adjustments required for true Yog Chikitsa (Yoga Therapy). Watching these sessions gives you a clear look at how we correct postures and build therapeutic protocols in real-time.
