A little about me. I'm Saumya, and I'm passionate about helping people find clarity and peace through practices like Akashic Records, yoga, and other holistic tools that support your personal healing journey.

In this clip, I share how my journey started. Yoga transformed me physically, but I was still seeking mental and emotional clarity. This led me to explore spirituality, and the universe started opening new paths for me.

"I changed my habits and that changed everything." This is the core of my philosophy. Real transformation doesn't happen overnight; it happens in the small, daily choices we make. And you can do it too.

One of my first changes was creating a healthy routine. I stopped romanticizing late nights and started waking up early to focus on my physical and mental fitness, which grounded my entire day.

I started moving my body daily, not to lose weight, but to feel strong and create consistency. Whether it's a walk, stretches, or pilates, daily movement brings form and stability to life.

I consciously worked on my mind. Instead of endless scrolling, I turned to yoga, books, and podcasts. As I grew more aware of my inner world, my confidence grew too.

I learned to prioritize what's truly important. I refocused my energy on the people and things that matter, rather than wasting it on things that drained me. Here I am with my children, my biggest priority.

I started taking intentional breaks from my routine. When I felt burdened or on autopilot, I would pause and disconnect. I always came back with more clarity, creativity, and energy.

A simple but powerful reminder: "Forgive myself because I deserve to be happy too." Self-acceptance is the first step in any healing journey. It's about loving yourself enough to grow.
