Ground Sound Healing Sessions
Lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations of crystal bowls and gongs clear your mental clutter. This is a space to pause, breathe, and reset your nervous system.
This was our first Ground Sound Bath at Tata Primanti, Gurgaon. The session combined bowls, gongs, and breathwork to help settle the nervous system and clear the mind in a beautiful, light-filled space.
"I just lost track of everything." A client shares her profound experience of letting go during a ground healing session, feeling transported and completely losing her sense of time and mental chatter.
A Tao master from Taiwan shares his wisdom after a session, describing the experience as leaving the physical form to connect with your true self. It was an honor to hold space for such a divine moment.
About Ground Sound Healing: Vibrational Therapy
During these sessions, I focus on the physics of sound to help you shift out of that constant fight-or-flight mode. It is not about music; it is about using specific frequencies from quartz crystal bowls and gongs to physically calm your nervous system. You lie on a yoga mat, often with eye masks to block out visual distractions, while I guide you through breathwork to help you drop into a state of deep, restorative rest.
Why Sound Healing Works
Your body carries tension in the nervous system, often manifesting as racing thoughts or physical tightness. In a ground sound bath, I use 7 Chakra Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, and gongs. Sound travels through your body, and by focusing on specific hertz frequencies, we can effectively tune your internal state. It acts like a reset button for your brainwaves.
What to Expect in a Session
Whether we are at a studio or a community space like Tata Primanti, the goal remains the same: stillness. We start with guided pranayama to settle the body, followed by a sound immersion. The sound is thick and immersive, helping you lose track of time—many clients tell me they felt as if they completely disconnected from their physical surroundings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this religious? Not at all. This is vibrational therapy. It is based on the understanding that everything has a frequency, and sound is a way to harmonize that.
Do I need experience? No. You only need to be able to lie still on a mat. I provide the bolsters, cushions, and eye masks.
How do I feel afterwards? Most people feel a mix of lightness and deep calm. Some might feel emotional, which is a natural part of releasing held stress. Drink plenty of water afterwards to support the clearing process.
