About Access Bars®: Clear Your Mind
During our 60 to 75-minute sessions, I apply a gentle touch to 32 specific points on your head. Think of this as a way to physically release the mental clutter that keeps your thoughts on a loop. You simply lie down, and we work on clearing the electromagnetic charge of the beliefs or stress patterns that feel stuck. It is a quiet, simple process, and most clients leave the room feeling a distinct sense of relief and clarity.
How Access Bars Works
Many of us walk around with a 'full' mind, constantly processing stress, work, or personal expectations. Access Bars® is not about talking through your problems or reliving past trauma. Instead, it is a hands-on modality where I stimulate 32 points on your head. Each point corresponds to different areas of your life, such as money, control, creativity, and aging.
By gently touching these points, we release the electromagnetic charge of the thoughts and ideas that you have stored over the years. It is essentially hitting the refresh button for your mind, allowing you to let go of patterns that are no longer serving you.
What to Expect
We conduct these sessions in a quiet, private room within a wellness center to ensure you have complete peace. There is no special preparation required from your end. You just show up, lie down, and allow yourself to relax while I guide the energy release.
