This is my team after a great in-house jiu-jitsu competition. I believe success comes from teamwork. Seeing students of all ages, from our youth program to adults, earning medals and growing together is what makes me proud.

About Team Reign: More Than a Gym
In our sessions, you will find students of all levels, from complete beginners to competitive fighters, sharing the same space. We do not just train side by side. We push each other, correct form, and celebrate the small wins, because that is how real growth happens.
Our Approach to Community
I built this crew because I believe that success is a team sport. When you walk into our facility in Yelahanka or HBR Layout, you won't see people isolated on machines. You will see us rolling on the mats, drilling combos, and shouting encouragement. We use the 'isko isko' (this one, this one) approach where we constantly correct each other and ensure no one gets left behind.
Why Train With Us?
- Inclusive Environment: Everyone is welcome. We have dedicated classes for women, youth programs, and beginners who have never thrown a punch or grappled before.
- Real Feedback: If your form is off, you will know. We train for real life and real combat scenarios, not for show.
- Beyond the Gym: We celebrate wins together, whether that is a medal at the All India Open or just hitting a personal best in deadlifts. We also go on trips and host in-house competitions to keep the spirit high.
Training Logistics
We train 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Our spaces are non-AC with natural ventilation and 25mm EVA puzzle mats, which are perfect for takedowns. We keep the focus on sweat, technique, and consistency. If you are looking for a place where you can be yourself, leave your ego at the door, and get fit with a group that actually cares about your progress, come join us. Oss.
