This is what it's all about: live sparring. We practice controlled striking drills to build reflexes, timing, and confidence. It’s not about hurting each other; it’s about sharpening our kickboxing and boxing skills together.
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we learn to be comfortable in uncomfortable spots. This video shows a live rolling session where students are working on escapes and positional control. Mastering these grappling techniques is key to controlling a fight on the ground.
This is my team after a great in-house jiu-jitsu competition. I believe success comes from teamwork. Seeing students of all ages, from our youth program to adults, earning medals and growing together is what makes me proud.

I believe in teaching practical self-defense to everyone, including kids. Here, I am demonstrating how to apply a Rear Naked Choke (RNC) safely, followed by a student drill. My youth MMA program is all about building confidence and discipline.

We do not focus on gym aesthetics or empty motivation. Whether it is BJJ rolling or striking drills, our mats are for real work. You will learn to handle uncomfortable positions, gain confidence, and build functional stamina through consistent, high-intensity training with a team that has your back.
My training philosophy is simple. Weakness is dangerous, so we train to get better every single day. We are not just a gym, we are a crew. When you join my sessions, you get access to a full range of combat disciplines.
What we cover
- Striking: We start with boxing and kickboxing basics. You will spend time on the heavy bags, mastering footwork and defensive combinations before moving to live sparring.
- Grappling: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is about technique, not force. We work on Gi and No Gi drills, positional escapes, and submissions. You will learn to stay calm even when you are pinned down.
- Conditioning: I incorporate Olympic weightlifting movements like snatches and deadlifts to build real power. We focus on form so you can train safely for the long term.

Everyone is welcome here. We have beginners, youth athletes, and competitors training side by side. We do not care about your experience level, but we do care about your attitude. If you show up, put in the work, and stay consistent, you will see results. We train in a non-AC, raw environment because fighting is not a luxury sport. It is about sweat, technique, and growth.
