Passion doesn't take a break. At 46, I’m a national powerlifter balancing motherhood and a busy coaching career. This is my reality behind the weights.

As a powerlifter, I appreciate all forms of fitness, but I'm happy to just be a spectator at Hyrox. My passion lies with the barbell.

Enjoying a day out at the Hyrox Mumbai event to support a friend. It's important to have a community that supports your passions, even if they are different.

Posing at the Hyrox Mumbai event. While I'm not participating, I love the energy and spirit of the fitness community.

I used to be conscious of my underarm bulge, but I've learned to embrace it. It's a normal part of a real body, and it's not going to stop me from wearing what I love.

Why do I love deadlifts so much? Because there's no feeling quite like lifting heavy weight off the floor. It's a pure test of strength.

While my family is on vacation, I'm on a mission. Passion doesn't take a break. The dedication to my training is a year-round commitment.

A moment of self-appreciation in the gym mirror. I'm proud of the woman I see, fighting against all odds and making myself stronger every day.

About this collection

Fitness isn't about filtered gym posts or expensive gear. It’s about the raw reality of balancing perimenopause, motherhood, and heavy deadlifts at 46. If you want to know how I stay consistent while my family is on vacation, or why I embrace the reality of real arms, this is where I share the truth about my life as a coach and athlete.

People often think being fit means living in a gym. My reality is different. I am a mother of two and a national gold-medalist powerlifter, and I train because it is my therapy. When you see me lift, you see years of discipline, not just a quick transformation.

Why 46 is the best time to start

Many women struggle with perimenopause. The brain fog, the mood swings, and the memory slips are real. I share my journey not to boast, but to show that strength training is the best way to fight back. When I lift, I clear my head and reclaim my body.

Strength over aesthetics

I have been conscious of my own body image too, but I have learned that real arms flex and jiggle. My focus is on what my body can do, not how perfectly still it stays. Whether you are a beginner or looking to regain strength after a c-section, my approach focuses on compound movements that work.

My coaching philosophy

I do not believe in crash diets or skipping rice and dal. My online coaching is for women who want sustainable Indian diet plans and real strength. I am not here to sugarcoat things. If you are ready for a coach who treats you like an adult and expects discipline, let’s get to work.
