My journey into strength sports was not born out of a desire for medals, though the WSM Strongman Championship wins are a proud chapter in my story. It began as a way to silence my own inner critic. When you train with me, you are getting more than a workout chart. You get the benefit of someone who has stood exactly where you are, wondering if they are strong enough to start.
I bring that same intensity and focus to our sessions in Kumaraswamy Layout. Whether we are working on functional movements, refining your form for a deadlift, or just trying to stay consistent through a tough week, I am right there with you. We use the same principles that got me to the competition platform to help you reach your goals—consistent, measurable effort.
