People often forget that taqat nahi aayegi (strength will not come) without the right fuel. I help you build a food plan that supports muscle building and energy requirements. We track macros, not just calories, ensuring you get enough protein to recover and perform.

Beginners often rush to add weight before they can even stabilize the bar. That is how injuries happen. My coaching includes detailed video form reviews. I give you voice notes and annotations so you know exactly how to fix your slack pulling or leg drive. You get feedback that actually makes you a better lifter, not just a busier one.
