Proper form is everything, especially on heavy lifts. Here, I am providing hands-on support for a 180 kg squat, making sure my client is safe while pushing his limits. This is essential for building real leg strength.

I offer personal training at multiple top-tier gyms. You can find me coaching clients at Anytime Fitness locations in Dwarka and Dabri, providing expert guidance in a professional environment.

My Approach to Your Goals
- Powerlifting: I focus on the big three: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. We work on technique, grip, and bracing to ensure you are lifting heavy but lifting safely.
- Body Transformation: Whether your goal is weight gain or fat loss, I build your diet based on real Indian ingredients like paneer, soya, and chicken. No fancy foreign superfoods that break your budget.
- Recovery: We don't just train; we recover. From ice baths to mobility work, I teach you how to keep your body in the game so you don't burn out.
Where We Train
You can find me coaching 1-on-1 at Anytime Fitness locations in Dwarka (Sector 7, 10, 17) and Dabri, or at The Hercules Gym in Alwar. I am there with you on the floor, spotting every rep and correcting your form in real-time. If you cannot make it to these gyms, I offer online coaching that includes weekly video form analysis and custom diet charts.
