Personalized Movement and Fitness Coaching
Movement should be a celebration, not a competition. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your form, find a space here to grow at your own pace and explore your strength.
A moment I will cherish forever, coaching Jonty Rhodes. To be in the presence of such a humble human being filled my heart with gratitude. It all feels like a dream.
My 'Tagda Raho, Tagda Raho' shirt says it all. Here I am guiding my clients, including Jonty, through the fundamentals of mudgar training. It's about building a strong foundation, no matter who you are.
Comparison is the thief of all joy. That's our motto here. Movement is a celebration of the body, not a competition. I invite you to come explore your strength in a nurturing and supportive space.
About My Coaching Sessions
We do not believe in ego lifting. Whether you are starting with a 1.8kg Mudgar or focusing on your Dand (push-up) form, my goal is to help you master the movement first. You will not find loud, competitive gym culture here. Instead, expect a focus on grip, stance, and consistent progress that actually feels good on your joints.
Movement, to me, is about listening to your body. When we use traditional tools like the Gada (mace) or Samtola (barbell), we are not just building muscle, we are developing functional strength that supports your daily life.
Why Train This Way?
- Patience over speed: We start with light weights to build the foundational strength needed to prevent injury.
- Mental resilience: The rhythmic swinging of the Mudgar is meditative. It builds focus and calms the mind after a long day.
- Inclusive environment: Our group sessions in Sivanchetti Gardens are capped at 12 people to ensure I can watch your form and guide your progress personally.
What to Expect
Whether you opt for a drop-in session or a structured monthly program, the emphasis is on you. We focus on:
- Joint mobility: Improving shoulder and wrist health through rotational movements.
- Core stability: Learning to engage your body properly during bodyweight drills.
- Sustainability: Building a routine you can actually keep up with, even on the days you feel low.
If you have an injury or are recovering, we adjust. This is a space to explore what your body can do, regardless of your starting point.
