This is the first look into my world of movement. It’s a glimpse of the strength we build, the mindset we cultivate, and the joy we find in the journey. This is more than a workout; it’s about becoming ‘Tagda’ in body and mind.
Gada: The Mace Flow
The Gada is more than a weight; it's a tool for building rotational power and full-body strength. We focus on mastering the flow, improving core stability, and connecting movement with breath, starting with weights as light as 6kg.
Mudgar: Indian Club Training
This is where many journeys begin, just like mine with a 3kg mudgar. You'll learn to swing single and double clubs to build shoulder mobility, grip strength, and mind-muscle coordination in a rhythmic, meditative way.
Bodyweight & Samtola Strength
Master your own body with traditional exercises like Dand (push-ups) and Bhaitak (squats), which are complete workouts in themselves. We also use the Samtola (Indian barbell) for versatile conditioning and strengthening routines.
The 'Tagda Raho' Mindset
'Tagda Raho' means 'Stay Strong', and it's the heart of my philosophy. This is about cultivating mental and emotional resilience, showing up for yourself on tough days, and finding joy and discipline in the journey.
My Coaching Sessions
Movement is a celebration, not a competition. In my sessions, whether you're a beginner or a sports legend, you'll find a nurturing space to explore your strength, learn at your own pace, and grow with a supportive community.
Movement & Play
I believe in living an active life and keeping the inner child alive. Fitness isn't just about structured workouts; it's about finding joy in movement, whether it's swinging a gada in a saree or just playing.
