  • Small Group Sessions: Limited to 3-5 participants per class, utilizing Balanced Body Allegro Reformers. This format balances energy with the necessary instructor oversight.
  • Private Sessions: One-on-one training with 100% instructor attention. This is ideal for those who need specific postural correction, injury recovery, or a tailored plan to meet rapid toning goals.
  • Live Online Mat Pilates: For those who cannot make it to Vasant Kunj, we offer interactive sessions where we provide real-time verbal corrections to ensure your form stays safe and effective.
