About this collection

The work starts before you step in the gym. For my online coaching clients, we set up your macros and training split first, then we use weekly WhatsApp check-ins to adjust your routine based on how your body is actually responding. I don't believe in cookie-cutter PDFs, I believe in data and consistency.

I offer three main ways to train with me, designed to fit your schedule and goals:

Online Coaching

This is for people who are disciplined enough to train on their own but need an expert to map out the path. I provide custom macro-based diet plans, 4 to 6 day workout splits, and weekly progress analysis. We track your weight and inch loss via WhatsApp to make sure you are moving forward.

In-Gym Personal Training

If you are in Bangalore, we train at partner gyms like Mutant Fitness Centre or The Fitness Den. These sessions are about heavy compound lifts and real-time form correction. If you have posture issues like rounded shoulders, I catch it and fix it right there on the floor. You pay the training fee, and we handle the programming.

At-Home Personal Training

I come to you. This is a premium service where I travel to your home or apartment gym with functional equipment. We skip the crowds, focus on your training, and manage everything from diet to supplement guidance. It is efficient, private, and removes the travel barrier.
