About Client Coaching & Transformations
I do not believe in sending generic PDFs and disappearing. When we train—whether via live video from your living room or in-person at the box—I am watching every single rep. If your knees cave during a squat or your spine isn't neutral on a deadlift, I will correct you immediately. We fix your form first because consistent, safe movement is the only way to build real, lasting strength.
My coaching philosophy is simple: no unnecessary frills or taam jhaam. We focus on what works for your unique body. Whether you are a beginner looking to build a foundation, an athlete trying to hit a new PR, or someone managing health conditions like PCOD, thyroid, or injury recovery, I adapt the programming to your level.
How I Work
- Online Coaching: I provide 100% live, real-time observation. I treat your home environment like a gym, helping you improvise with whatever equipment you have available.
- In-Person Sessions: I offer high-intensity coaching at Everyday Fitness (Surajkund) and Leo's Gym (Preet Vihar), where we focus on Olympic lifting, calisthenics, and proper mobility work.
- Data-Driven Progress: I don't guess. We track your body composition, monitor your lifts, and adjust your routine based on how you feel on the day, not just what the plan says.
