You will not find cookie-cutter plans here. Whether we are training at Mutant Fitness or doing a home session, I personally review your video clips to fix your form and posture. We track your weight and inch loss weekly because that is the only data that matters for real progress.

Building strength isn't just about how much weight you put on the bar. It is about the consistency of your diet, the discipline to show up when you are tired, and the correction of your form so you do not get injured. My approach is built on a decade of experience and the same grind that took me from 98kg down to 77kg.

My Approach to Strength

  • Real-Time Form Correction: In my 1-on-1 gym sessions at venues like Mutant Fitness Centre or The Fitness Den, I am there to spot you. We do not just lift; we correct posture issues like rounded shoulders and kyphosis before they become long-term problems.
  • Community Motivation: Training is a team sport. When we train together, we share the pressure. I push you for that extra rep because I know you have it in you, even when you think you are done.
  • Custom Programming: Whether you are prepping for a bodybuilding stage or just starting your journey to lose fat, your plan is bespoke to your specific metabolic needs. I calculate your macros (protein, carbs, fats) and adjust them based on our weekly check-ins.
