From 98kg to 77kg, my path was built on discipline, not shortcuts. I do not just coach—I live this lifestyle every day.
My journey started in 2010. This is 13 years of struggle, learning, and self-discipline. It's not easy, but it's worth it.
This is the result of the same hard work and dedication I expect from my clients. I don't just coach, I live this lifestyle. This is what it means to conquer your limits.
An older shot, but the principles remain the same. Building a classic physique takes time and relentless effort.
When you focus on you, you grow. When you focus on other things, they grow. Choose your focus wisely.
A different angle, same focus. The veins and muscle striations are a result of low body fat and consistent, hard training.
More than muscle, it's discipline. A quick progression check in the mirror. There is always more to go.
When you need more energy, go to the gym. A quick look at my own workout, focusing on shoulder and leg exercises.
Slow progress is always better than no progress. Staying consistent even on the days you don't feel like it is what builds results.
Just showing up is half the battle. The work you put in after you show up is what defines you.

About My Own Fitness Journey
You see the physical changes in these photos, but the real story is in the 13 years of discipline between them. I did not get here by looking for quick fixes or magic pills. I got here by showing up on the days I did not want to, managing my nutrition, and adjusting my intensity. When you train with me, you are not getting a generic spreadsheet. You are getting a system that I have stress-tested on my own body for over a decade.
13 Years of Proof
Fitness is not just my job. It is my life. I know exactly what it feels like to stand at 98kg and feel overwhelmed by the process. I also know what it takes to break down those barriers and get to 77kg. My journey, which started in 2010, is the foundation for everything I teach my clients.
My Training Approach
I focus on movement quality and sustainable intensity. Whether we are working on weight loss, muscle gain, or strength conditioning, the principles remain the same:
- Form First: Before we lift heavy, we fix your posture. I specialize in correcting issues like rounded shoulders and kyphosis so you train safely.
- Nutrition Integration: I provide macro-based diet plans. No starving, just fuel that fits your specific body needs, whether you are dealing with PCOD or just need to lean out.
- Real Accountability: I do not believe in ghosting clients. I use weekly check-ins to track your weight, inch loss, and adherence. If a plan is not working, we adjust it until it does.
