Getting the results you see here takes more than just showing up to the gym. My approach is built on the same process I used to earn the Mr. Bangalore title. We treat your fitness like a project, not a hobby.

The 12-Week Transformation Process

Most clients start with my 12-week program because it allows time for real structural changes. During these 48 sessions, we focus on hypertrophy and fat loss, but the real work happens in the data. We track your body composition bi-weekly—looking at inch loss and body fat percentage—so we know exactly what is working. If a lift doesn't feel right, we pivot immediately. You won't find cookie-cutter PDFs here.

Why Form Matters

I am a stickler for technique. You will see me drill proper form until it sticks. Why? Because injuries stop progress dead in its tracks. In our sessions, especially if you are working on compound lifts like squats or deadlifts, I will be right there correcting your posture and bracing. If you have been struggling to feel the target muscle working, it is usually a technique issue, and we will fix that within the first week.

Training in Bangalore

I coach directly out of Aurum Fitness Club in Indiranagar and Koramangala. These are private, premium spaces where you don't have to fight for equipment. You get full access to the gym floor, cardio zones, and the recovery suite (including the ice bath and sauna) as part of your package. It is about creating an environment where you actually want to show up.
