Featured Taekwondo Training and Competition Prep
See the strength and discipline forged in our dojang. From competitive Kyorugi sparring to precision Poomsae forms, this is where champions are built.
This is the result of focus and power. We teach you to channel your strength into a single, perfect point of impact. This is a flying side kick board break, a demonstration of advanced skill.
Kyorugi (sparring) practice starts early. Here, our young students are in full gear, drilling Dolyo Chagi (turning kick). We build a strong foundation for competition.
This is what we train for. Our student, Chetana, selected to represent Karnataka at the Khelo India Women's Taekwondo League. We don't just participate; we compete at the highest levels.
Look at the discipline. A large group of students performing Poomsae (forms) outdoors. Every movement is synchronized, every stance is strong. This is the foundation of Taekwondo.
Strength is not given, it is earned. Our students execute synchronized side planks with leg raises, a core exercise for building the stability needed for powerful kicks and solid defense.
Kyokpa (breaking) is a test of will. Here, a group of our green belt students demonstrates their power by breaking boards simultaneously. This builds confidence and shows tangible results of their training.
Victory. Two of our black belt students with their gold medals at the CISCE Regional Sports competition. I stand with my champions.
About this collection
Training here is high-intensity and strictly traditional. We use Korean commands like 'Charyeot' and 'Dolyo chagi' to maintain focus. Whether you are prepping for a state-level Kyorugi match or working on your belt grading, expect to sweat through 90-minute sessions that prioritize stamina and correct form over everything else.
Our Approach to Taekwondo
We operate a serious training environment. We do not offer recreational classes; we offer competitive development. Our facility at HRBR Layout is designed for results, featuring professional EVA puzzle matted flooring and the equipment needed for real combat readiness, including body opponent bags and agility ladders.
The Core Disciplines
- Kyorugi (Sparring): We focus on Olympic-style combat. This involves drills with target paddles, heavy shields, and full protective gear. We emphasize speed, tactical point management, and fast reaction times.
- Poomsae (Forms): For students focusing on precision, we break down patterns until the movement is flawless. This is vital for belt grading and specialized competition.
- Conditioning: You will be pushed. Expect old-school plyometrics, planks, and jumping drills to build the explosive power required for high-level Taekwondo.
Why Train With Us
Our track record speaks for itself. Students from this academy have secured medals at the CISCE regionals, Bangalore City University meets, and have qualified for the Khelo India Women's League.
