Authentic Tai Chi and Qigong Training in Bangalore
Tai Chi and Qigong are more than fitness routines; they are a journey to master your breath, mind, and body. Join me for disciplined practice to build strength, balance, and focus through consistent, daily movement.
Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation. Here I am practicing different forms in nature, connecting my movements with the environment. This is about finding your center and strength, no matter where you are.
Practicing Tai Chi with a partner on a clifftop, surrounded by nature. This kind of training sharpens focus and balance while connecting us to the elements. Inhale confidence, exhale doubt.
A synchronized group pose, showcasing the harmony and precision we strive for in our practice. This movement requires every person to be present and connected to the group.
The same synchronized pose from a different angle. Notice the alignment of the arms and the focused gaze. This is the result of disciplined, repetitive practice.
The traditional martial arts salute. It is a sign of respect for the art, the teacher, and fellow students. This is an integral part of the discipline we cultivate in every class.
A moment of focus and respect shown through the martial arts salute. This gesture signifies the beginning and end of practice, grounding us in the tradition and discipline of our training.
About this collection
This isn't a quick-fix program; it's a practice of building deep discipline. Whether you are working on foundational forms at my JP Nagar center or joining my live virtual sessions, I expect you to show up with focus. I focus heavily on correct biomechanical alignment and breath control, so be ready for real feedback—I don't go easy on technique, whether you are in front of me or on a screen.
Mind First, Then Fist
I don't teach Tai Chi as a hobby. I teach it as a lifestyle. This is a practice for those who want to move with intent. My sessions are designed to move you away from noise and into a state of deep concentration.
What You Will Actually Learn
- Foundational Forms: We start with the basics of Chen TaijiQuan. It is about learning to control your movement, not just mimicking shapes.
- Qigong Breathing: This is about oxygenating your system and calming the nervous system. We use these techniques to find stillness, even when the world around you is loud.
- Meditation in Motion: If you think meditation is just sitting still, you haven't tried my Qigong flows. We build strength while keeping the mind quiet.
How We Train
- In-Person (JP Nagar): You get access to the cultural center floor, high-density mats, and proper training aids like Tai Chi swords and fans. This is for those who want the energy of a group and direct, hands-on correction.
- Online/Remote: I teach live, not pre-recorded. I monitor your webcam to ensure your postures are right. I will correct you live. It is limited to solo forms and breathing because we don't do sparring here, but the intensity remains the same.
Is This For You?
If you want a soft, casual workout, look elsewhere. If you want to learn to fight, get healthy, and never give up, you will fit right in. This is about 'gyaan' (wisdom) through movement. Come ready to sweat, come ready to learn, and come ready to work. Jai Bharath.

I teach what I’ve lived. I don't believe in luck—I believe in the grit it takes to master your breath and your stance. If you are serious about building real discipline through Tai Chi and Qigong, we will get along.
