Wushu and Tai Chi Championship Training
I do not believe in luck. I believe in sweat, grit, and the relentless pursuit of mastery. My students and I train to bring gold home to India, one form at a time.
This is what hard work looks like. I am proud to bring home two gold medals for India from the 2023 Hong Kong International Wushu Competition. This victory was earned, not given. Jai Bharath.
People see the medal but not the sweat. This is a look at my performance at the KL Wushu International Championship. Victory is not about luck, it is about working when others are sleeping.
It was a moment of great pride to see my team's success at the 20th Hong Kong International Wushu Championship featured on the news. We brought home 23 gold medals for India, proving the power of our training and dedication.
The opening ceremony of an international championship. Walking with my team, representing India on a global stage, is an experience that is built on years of collective hard work.
My team at the 20th Hong Kong International Wushu Championships. We stand together before the competition and celebrate our victories together after. This is the strength of our Shaolin Wushu India family.
From intense training with the sword to the pride of receiving a medal for my country. Each part of this journey is connected. The discipline in practice leads to the honor on the podium.
People say it looks easy. This video shows the reality behind that 'easy'. It is a life of relentless training, competitive pressure, and physical conditioning. No pain, no gain.
About this collection
Winning a gold medal is never about the moment on the podium, it is about the months of early mornings, the biomechanical corrections, and the mental toughness built on the mat. Whether we are preparing for the Hong Kong International Wushu Championship or a state-level meet, my focus is on refining the form until it is instinctive. You do not just learn to fight or move here, you learn to dominate your own limitations.
Success is not an accident. At my center in JP Nagar, we treat every session as preparation for a national stage. If you come here looking for a light workout, you are in the wrong place. We train for Wushu and Tai Chi excellence, focusing on precision, power, and the mental clarity required to perform under pressure.
My approach to competition training is rooted in the Shaolin tradition. We break down every movement of the Jian sword or spear, correcting your posture until your alignment is perfect. We work on speed, footwork, and the specific conditioning needed to sustain high-intensity performance.
I train adults and students who are serious about their craft. It is about the 'gyaan' behind the move as much as the move itself. When my team travels to international events, they represent the discipline we practice every day in Bengaluru. We do not just show up; we show up ready to win.
If you are ready to commit, I am ready to coach. We start with your current fitness level and build a roadmap, whether your goal is to master a solo form, enter competitive circuits, or achieve a deeper mind-body connection through Qigong. This is hard, honest work. Jai Bharath.
Kushi N
I am a National champion Wushu coach, but more than that, I am a fighter who believes in the process. When I am not training my students at my JP Nagar center, I am refining my own forms. My life is the mat, the sword, and the steady breath of Qigong.
