The Training Environment

What We Practice

  • Foundational Stances: Every serious martial artist knows that progress is impossible without a strong base. We drill balance and lower body strength until it becomes second nature.
  • Weapons Training: We move from empty-hand forms to the Jian, or double-edged sword. This requires a specific kind of control and intention that you cannot fake. It is a slow, steady burn of progress.
  • Qigong Breathing: This is the bridge between the physical and the mental. We use these techniques to regulate breath and find calm, which is just as important as the physical fighting forms.
