About Our Champions: A Legacy of Medals

Winning a medal isn't about luck. It is about the 75 to 90-minute conditioning sessions we run three times a week on professional 25mm mats. When you train with us, you are following the exact same syllabus our national gold medalists use, whether you are just starting or prepping for a black belt grading.
