About Our Champions: A Legacy of Medals
Winning a medal isn't about luck. It is about the 75 to 90-minute conditioning sessions we run three times a week on professional 25mm mats. When you train with us, you are following the exact same syllabus our national gold medalists use, whether you are just starting or prepping for a black belt grading.
Success at Karnataka Taekwondo Academy is built on consistency. We train at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, a space that has seen our students secure gold medals across state, national, and international championships. Our approach is straightforward. Whether you are aiming for a spot on the nationals squad or simply looking to build strength, you will follow the same core curriculum that our medalists rely on.
We focus heavily on Olympic-style Kyorugi for sparring and Poomsae for traditional forms. You will be expected to put in the work. Expect to hear our coaches call out 'Push up maadbeku!' during conditioning. We do not offer shortcuts, but we provide every tool you need to succeed, including professional kicking shields, agility ladders, and detailed performance reviews from our senior coaches. We welcome everyone, from 5-year-olds to adults, into this environment. If you are serious about your progress, we are ready to help you reach that next level.
