My Journey as a Coach and Trainer

I don't just teach fitness, I live it. From sprinting on the track to leading the community at Athletes Revolution, this is the philosophy that drives the way I train.

I was honored to be a part of the belt grading ceremony for the Core Power Kung Fu Academy. It's a joy to support fellow martial artists and friends on their journey and celebrate their hard-earned achievements.

About this collection

When you sign up for my 12-week online coaching, you aren't just getting a static plan. You record your lifts or movements, and I personally provide video feedback to correct your form. It is the same level of attention to detail I use when coaching athletes at the Kanteerava Stadium or in my gym.

Fitness is not a chore for me; it is a discipline. (True victory is not winning what is easy, but trying to win what seems impossible).

My Coaching Approach

My 12-week program is designed to be environment-agnostic. Whether you have access to a full commercial gym with barbells and machines, or you are working out in your living room with resistance bands and your own bodyweight, we make it work.

I focus on three pillars:

  • Form & Technique: We use asynchronous video reviews for your main lifts like squats and deadlifts to prevent injury and maximize strength.
  • Quantified Nutrition: You get a macro-based plan that integrates Indian staples like rice, roti, and idli. We focus on portion control and protein fortification, not restrictive crash diets.
  • Consistency: This is for the busy parent, the professional, and the beginner. We track your progress weekly with photos and data, ensuring you are building a foundation for life, not just for a season.
