This is the foundation of my training philosophy. I will show you how to use your own body as the ultimate workout tool to build functional strength, muscular endurance, and core stability. These routines can be done anywhere, anytime, making fitness accessible no matter how busy you are.
Animal Flow Fitness
I use Animal Flow to help you improve mobility, strength, and coordination in a fun, dynamic way. These ground-based, animal-inspired movements use your own bodyweight to create a challenging workout that connects you to your body.
Kickboxing & Combat Training
As a fighter, I know the power of kickboxing to build not just physical strength but also mental discipline and confidence. I teach everything from shadowboxing to heavy bag work, focusing on proper technique for a safe, high-energy workout.
Functional Equipment Training
While bodyweight is key, I also build programs using functional equipment like TRX bands, dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands. I will teach you how to use this equipment safely and effectively to target specific muscle groups and accelerate your results.
Cardio & Agility Drills
A healthy heart and quick feet are crucial for overall fitness. I incorporate drills using skipping ropes and agility ladders to improve your cardiovascular health, coordination, speed, and stamina.
Flexibility, Mobility & Yoga
A strong body must also be a flexible one. I guide you through essential warm-ups, cool-downs, and dedicated stretching routines to improve your range of motion, prevent injuries, and help your muscles recover.
Outdoor & Group Training
Sometimes the best gym is the great outdoors. I offer training sessions that take advantage of open spaces like beaches and tracks, creating a dynamic and motivating environment to work out in.
