I incorporate Animal Flow into my training because it builds incredible strength, mobility, and control using just your body weight. This video shows a beginner's flow, proving that anyone can start learning these powerful, ground-based movements to improve their overall fitness and connect with their body in a new way.
Before the first punch is thrown, there's preparation. This is the mindset I bring to every session. Kickboxing is more than just a workout; it's a discipline that builds confidence, reduces stress, and hones your focus. Here, I'm getting ready to train, wrapping my hands to protect them for the work ahead.
No gym? No problem. With equipment like TRX bands, I can design a challenging full-body workout for you at home. This clip demonstrates a few beginner-friendly TRX exercises like overhead lunges and mountain climbers that build core stability, strength, and balance by using your own body weight as resistance.
This is a great example of a simple but effective bodyweight circuit. Combining movements like planks, side shuffles, and crunches targets your entire body, building muscle and improving your cardiovascular endurance at the same time. You don't need any equipment, just the will to move.
Fitness isn't just about high intensity; it's also about balance and mindfulness. I practice and teach yoga, like this Surya Namaskar sequence, to calm the mind, improve flexibility, and connect with the present moment. It's a vital part of a holistic approach to health.
Correct form is everything. Here, I'm assisting a client with partner stretches to ensure they get the maximum benefit without risking injury. This hands-on guidance, even virtually, is key to unlocking your body's potential and improving flexibility safely.

We pair this with macronutrient-based Indian diet planning, which incorporates your regular meals like rice and roti, making your nutrition sustainable rather than a temporary fix.
