I incorporate Animal Flow into my training because it builds incredible strength, mobility, and control using just your body weight. Before the first punch is thrown, there's preparation. This is the mindset I bring to every session. Kickboxing is more than just a workout; it's a discipline that builds confidence, reduces stress, and hones your focus. No gym? No problem. With equipment like TRX bands, I can design a challenging full-body workout for you at home. This clip demonstrates a few beginner-friendly TRX exercises like overhead lunges and mountain climbers that build core stability, strength, and balance by using your own body weight as resistance.
