Taking the grind to the streets with an intense uphill running session. This type of endurance workout builds mental toughness and cardiovascular stamina, preparing our athletes for the most demanding moments of a match.

It's all about explosive speed. Our sprinters work on their acceleration and top-speed mechanics on the track. These drills are fundamental for flag football players running routes and kabaddi raiders making quick entries.

A look into a dynamic group cardio session at our gym. The circuit includes agility ladder drills, stair running, and cone work to improve footwork, coordination, and overall conditioning for team sports.

About this collection

We split our training to build you from the ground up. You will hit our rooftop gym in Kumaraswamy Layout for the heavy lifting and explosive power, then take it to the synthetic track at Jayanagar stadium for speed mechanics. It is not about logging pointless miles. It is about learning how to move with purpose, whether you are a flag football player sharpening your route running or a sprinter finding your acceleration.

Our philosophy is simple: fail, fail better, and finally win. We do not run just to sweat. Every drill at the Jayanagar stadium is tracked and timed. If we are doing hill repeats or ladder drills, it is because we are building the functional stability you need to avoid injury and perform under pressure.

We focus on the science of movement. You will work on sprint mechanics, deceleration patterns for field sports, and endurance blocks that prepare you for the intensity of a real tournament. You will not find treadmills here. You will find real-world conditioning, red-soil pit drills for kabaddi, and track sessions that translate to on-field results.

Our coaches are active participants in this process. We treat your fitness as a project, not a generic routine. From learning the correct way to flip a tire to mastering your footwork in the sand, we ensure you have the capacity to outlast and outrun the competition.
