Private Romantic Cabana Experience
Venue & Decor
- Private Structure: Exclusive use of a weather-controlled (mist fans/heaters) open-air cabana with flowing white curtains.
- Premium Decor: Approx. 1kg of fresh rose petals scattered on the flooring and table, accented by extensive pillar candle lighting.
- Service: Dedicated butler to ensure privacy.
Dining (4-Course Tasting Menu)
- Tapas: Assortment of Patatas Bravas (spicy potatoes) and Ham/Mushroom Croquetas.
- Starters: Choice of Gambas al Ajillo (garlic prawns) or Burrata Mediterranean Salad.
- Mains: Signature flat-pan Seafood Paella or bone-in New Zealand Lamb Chops.
- Dessert: 500g Celebration Cake or Churros with chocolate dip.
Beverages
- Alcohol: Includes one full bottle of Prosecco or Cava (Spanish Sparkling Wine).
- Non-Alcoholic: Mineral water included.

- Private Room: Access to the 'Glass Room' or 'Blue Room' with full air-conditioning and chandelier lighting.
- Configuration: Formal long-table setup with white linens, fine china, and floral centerpieces.
- Staffing: Dedicated private butler for a 3-4 hour duration.
Family Style Menu
- Welcome Drink: Glass of Cava or Signature Sangria upon arrival.
- Cold Tapas: Platter featuring Manchego cheese and Iberico ham.
- Hot Tapas: Shared servings of Garlic Prawns and Chorizo in red wine.
- Mains: Large shared platters of Paella (Vegetarian & Seafood) and Grilled Meats.
- Beverage Allocation: Unlimited soft beverages plus an estimated 2 glasses of premium wine per person.
Alfresco Garden & Live Music Dining
Atmosphere
- Location: Reserved tables in the open-air courtyard with pebble flooring and hanging lanterns.
- Entertainment: Direct access to live vocal or Flamenco performances (Available Thursday through Saturday).
Shared Dining Menu
- Sangria: One pitcher of Red or White Signature Sangria provided for every 4 guests.
- Tapas: Selection of 4-5 small plates (Veg & Non-Veg) for the table.
- Mains: Wood-fired artisan pizzas, handmade pastas (e.g., Spaghetti al Pesto), and large skillets of Paella to share.
- Dessert: Chef's assorted platter of mini desserts.

I’m Chef Alex and my food is all about memory and connection. My abuela taught me, Ponemos cariño a las cosas (We put love into things), and that’s how I approach every event. It’s not just a meal, it’s about giving you a real moment to remember.
Choose Your Vibe
- Private outdoor cabanas: Perfect for romantic anniversary dinner setup or a quiet proposal. I like to dress these up with candles and flowers if you want that extra magic.
- Indoor dining room: Feels more formal, great for a corporate dinner in Spanish restaurant or big family get-togethers. You get space for real conversations.
- Open-air terrace: If you want that outdoor private celebration venue, our terrace brings Spain to Delhi, especially in the evening when the candles are out.

My cooking is rooted in what I grew up with - roasted peppers, saffron, olive oil, all the smells from my grandmother’s kitchen. I don’t stick to a fixed menu. I can do a chef-curated Spanish event menu for your group, with Tapas, Paella, seafood, and the right wines or Sangria. Let’s make your meal personal.
What We Host
People come for romantic dates, business dinners, family parties, or gala events. Sometimes we add live music or flamenco guitar for that Spanish feel. I care about keeping things warm, personal, and easy for you.

My Story
Hola, Sevilla here. Chef Alex at the helm, cooking up my Spain for you in New Delhi. My abuela’s kitchen was my school, with roasted peppers and saffron in the air, and cariño (love) in every dish. Forty years and I still chase those smells. I cook from the heart, so when you eat here, you get a piece of my home. Come, let’s eat, laugh, and say olé!
