No fixed menus, no boring packages. I spend time listening to what will make your event personal - the theme, your favourite flavours, the mood you want. Every menu is crafted from scratch, so it’s truly yours. Whether you want a chill grazing table or something fancy, I’ll put my food stylist hat on and make it happen.

Signature Styles

• Grazing table catering - Over-the-top spreads with cheese, charcuterie, and desi fusion bites. Lots of colour, lots of flavour.
• Festive Indian feasts - Chaat stations, mithai, jalebi-rabri in martini glasses. I add a twist to traditions for Diwali, Sagan, or family get-togethers.
• High-tea party catering - Elegant chai breaks with mini treats, served on carts (thela) and fancy stands.
• Intimate fine dining - Multi-course plated meals mixing Indian and Continental. Perfect for small celebrations or romantic dinners.

The Shamiyana Style

I go all out with artistic food presentation. From rustic boards to floral touches, I fuss over every detail. I want people to say, “Wah! Kya table hai!” (Wow, what a table!) and snap a hundred pics. I’ll even sync the food styling with your decor if you want.
