- Privacy: Standard restaurant table setup situated among other diners (not a private cabana).
- Climate: Standing gas patio heaters provided near tables during winter months.

- Appetizers: Choice of 2 hot or cold tapas (e.g., Croquetas, Patatas Bravas).
- Mains: 1 shared Signature Paella OR 2 individual main courses (Lamb/Fish/Pasta).
- Beverages: Includes 2 to 4 rounds of Sangria, house wines, or cocktails.
- Dessert: 1 shared classic dessert like Tiramisu.
Atmosphere
- Entertainment: Ambient background music with live Flamenco or guitar performances (typically Thu-Sat).
- Service: Standard uniformed waiter service.
Private Cabana Celebration
Private Enclosure
- Structure: Exclusive use of a curtained cabana with a crystal chandelier and plush seating.
- Decor: Romantic table setup with red rose petals, candelabras, and floral centerpiece.
- Privacy: White curtains can be drawn for visual isolation.
- Flooring: Wooden deck flooring raised slightly from the garden level.
Set Menu & Drinks
- Dining: Chef's 5-Course Tasting Menu (Fixed menu featuring Spanish & Mediterranean highlights).
- Alcohol: 1 Bottle of Prosecco (Italian Sparkling Wine) or premium Red/White wine.
- Cake: 500g complimentary celebration cake (Chocolate or Cheesecake) with message.
Service
- Staff: Dedicated butler assigned to the cabana.
- Comfort: Dedicated heater placed at the cabana entrance during winter.
VIP Salamanca Proposal

- Seating: Allocation of the Salamanca Table or Master Cabana (most secluded spots in the property).
- Decor: Large bouquet of 50 red roses and heavy rose petal arrangements on table and floor.
- Lighting: Surrounded by multiple pillar candles and lanterns for a sanctuary feel.

- Alcohol: Upgrade to 1 Bottle of Champagne (e.g., Moet & Chandon) and unlimited premium water.
- Dining: Bespoke 7-Course Dinner personalized via Chef consultation (includes premium ingredients like scallops).

I brought a piece of my abuela’s (grandma’s) kitchen from Spain, right here to Delhi. At Sevilla, we put real cariño (love) into everything - food, ambiance, and those little touches that make your evening special.

My Story
Hola, Sevilla here. Chef Alex at the helm, cooking up my Spain for you in New Delhi. My abuela’s kitchen was my school, with roasted peppers and saffron in the air, and cariño (love) in every dish. Forty years and I still chase those smells. I cook from the heart, so when you eat here, you get a piece of my home. Come, let’s eat, laugh, and say olé!
