I handle the setup so you can focus entirely on your partner. We use mist fans and heaters to keep the cabanas comfortable in any Delhi weather, and I personally oversee the fresh rose petal decor and candle placement to ensure your space feels truly private and tucked away from the rest of the restaurant.
Whether you are planning a quiet proposal or a milestone anniversary, these cabanas offer a sanctuary away from the city noise. I designed these spaces to feel like a slice of Spain right here in New Delhi, focusing on the details that make a dinner feel like an occasion. You get a dedicated butler, so your evening is uninterrupted from arrival until the final course. Our 4-course tasting menu covers everything from classic Patatas Bravas and garlic prawns to our signature Paella and churros, paired with Cava or wine.
Because these are outdoor, open-air structures, people often worry about the Delhi heat or winter chill. My team manages the climate control with mist fans or heaters, so you can enjoy your evening without worrying about the temperature.
