About this collection
Your child isn't just learning to punch, they are learning to stand tall. We train in the open air, where the uneven ground forces them to be agile and sharp. This isn't a hobby class where they waste time; this is where discipline, physical strength, and mental toughness are forged from day one.
Building Grit From The Ground Up
At Sai Boxing Academy, we believe the best training happens where the ground is hard and the sun is out. Our 'Chhote Ustaad' program isn't about sitting in an air-conditioned room. We run sessions on the dirt tracks of Katwaria Sarai and Hauz Khas. This environment forces kids to develop ankle stability, explosive speed, and natural reflexes that a gym floor simply cannot replicate.
Why This Training Matters
- Functional Strength: We focus on calisthenics, bodyweight mastery, and conditioning drills like skipping, sprints, and duck walks. This builds an athletic frame, not just 'gym muscles'.
- Discipline & Focus: Boxing requires absolute attention. When your child learns to block, dodge, and land a punch in the ring, they are learning to control their focus. This carries over to their studies and their daily life.
- Real Combat Skills: They aren't just doing aerobics. They learn actual footwork, punch mechanics, and the art of self-defense under the supervision of experienced coaches who have spent years in the ring.
The Mahol (Environment)
We train in batches, creating a team atmosphere where every kid encourages the other. It is not about who is the fastest; it is about who is willing to put in the work. Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking to compete in local boxing championships, they get the same attention. We don't use 'fitness trainers' who just watch; we are active coaches who demonstrate every move, correct every stance, and push them to break their own limits. Bring them here if you want them to be strong, confident, and ready for anything.
Sai Boxing Academy
Vinay and I treat every kid like a future athlete. We don't just teach boxing; we teach them to be resilient. You won't find machines here, but you will find coaches who are on the ground, sweating right alongside your kids.
