About Behind the Scenes & My Journey
People see the final physique but ignore the years of training in a non-luxury setup. At MJ Fitness Club, we don't focus on fancy AC units or interior decor. We care about the weight on the bar, the discipline in your diet, and the grit you bring every single day. If you are looking for a spa-like gym, this is not the place for you. If you are ready to put in the work, you belong here.
This journey was not built overnight. It is 15 years of tinka tinka, which means building something bit by bit through sheer struggle. My gym in Sector 9, Gurugram, is a direct reflection of that path. The 'System' here is strong because it is forged by the effort we put in, not by marketing gimmicks.
Whether you see me crushing a heavy set of deadlifts or guiding a client through their first proper squat, the goal is always the same: functional strength and real results. My coaching style is simple because simplicity works. You get direct supervision from me, honest feedback on your form, and a no-excuse environment.
We focus on the foundations of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and functional fitness. I don't give you shortcuts. I give you the same plan that turned my own life around.
