I didn't get here by taking shortcuts. I built this foundation tinka tinka (bit by bit) over 15 years. If you’re looking for a comfortable ride, this isn't the place. If you're ready to sweat and earn your results, keep reading.

I have no desire to pretend to be someone I'm not. Jaise hain theek hai. My focus is on authenticity and hard work, not on pleasing everyone.

People talk about showing off. I do it on my own dime, with my own hard-earned money. I don't burn my father's cash.

I have to answer those who told my father his son would never amount to anything. Every rep is a response. Sab ka hisaab hoga lala.

It takes hard work to build an identity. Filters can clean your face, but not your character. I believe in building real strength, inside and out.

I won't do a show of false humility. I've earned my strength through my own hard work, not by selling my family's land.

My guru says that birds that fly high don't get attached to small trees. To reach great heights, you have to let go of small things.

If you walk the path of dharma, you will achieve a victory that brings peace in this life and the next. It may take time, but it is the only way.

My elders say your identity must be your own. You can get salutes with someone else's name, but you can't make your own name.

There is no magic protein or gainer that will make you a hero overnight. It takes years of hard work and good, clean, home-cooked food. That is the only secret.

There is no task you cannot do yourself. You don't need anyone's help. If God wanted everyone to be the same, he wouldn't have made so many different people.

About My Philosophy: No Excuses, Just Mehnat

You won't find magic pills here, lala. This is raw, iron-heavy training. Whether you want to lift heavy in our squat racks or build muscle, you show up and you put in the work. I’ll fix your form and keep you on track, but the hard work? That is 100% on you.

Why 'No Excuses' Is the Only Way

In a world of filters and shortcuts, I built MJ Fitness Club on one principle: if you want results, you have to earn them. My coaching isn't about being a cheerleader. It’s about accountability. When you train with me, we cut the fluff.

My Approach to Coaching

  • Raw Accountability: I check your progress, I fix your bracing, and I make sure you’re not sandbagging. If you miss a session, you answer to the system.
  • Strength Foundation: Whether you're aiming for powerlifting meets or just want to get strong, we master the Big Three—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Proper form is non-negotiable.
  • Real Fuel: No fancy, expensive gimmicks. We focus on home-cooked protein, simple carbs, and natural strength. Supplements are secondary to real food.
  • The Environment: It's loud, it's sweaty, and it's built for those who are serious. We have the iron, the racks, and the community that pushes you when you want to quit.
