You can lift as much as you want, but if your nutrition isn't on point and your posing technique is sloppy, you will never achieve that stage-ready conditioning. I focus on three pillars here: intense hypertrophy training, strict diet management, and mandatory posing practice. We do not just build muscle; we carve it so it looks balanced and symmetrical when you step on stage or just look in the mirror.

The Science of Symmetry

Building a physique is a craft. You cannot just guess your way to a V-taper. At MJ Fitness Club, we use periodized programming to ensure your muscles are stimulated for maximum growth. My training sessions are built on compound movements, forced reps, and failure training. This is not for the faint-hearted.
