I wasn't genetically blessed. I spent years figuring out how to build muscle while working a 9-to-5. Here is the reality of my journey from struggling beginner to fitness coach.

I struggled for years to gain weight and build muscle, so I understand the frustration. This video shows my own transformation and proves that with the right changes to nutrition and training, you can achieve your goals.

This is your reminder that real transformation is a long-term game. This video shows my own progress over years, not months. Stop looking for quick fixes and start building habits that last.

In my first few years of training, I made a lot of mistakes. I didn't eat enough protein, I didn't follow a structured plan, and I didn't train hard enough. I share this so you can avoid these common beginner pitfalls.

The bodybuilding mantra is "rinse and repeat." This video shows my RDL form evolving over years of consistent practice, reinforcing that mastery comes from repetition, not from constantly changing your routine.

A look back at my leg press form, then versus now. Seeing my own mistakes, like uncontrolled reps, reminds me how important it is to focus on technique. My journey helps me be a better coach for you.

About My Journey: From Beginner to Coach

Transformation is a long-term game, not a few months of effort. It happens by tracking your sessions, fixing your form, and hitting your protein targets—the same non-negotiable habits I used to change my own body. If you are tired of crash diets and want to build muscle for the long haul, you have to treat your training like a skill you master over time, not a quick fix.

Most women think they can't gain muscle because they don't have the 'right' genetics. I was that girl. I was skinny, constantly tired, and working long, draining hours as a software developer. I tried everything—random workouts, skipping meals, guessing my calorie intake—until I stopped looking for magic pills and started looking at the data.

The Shift: From Guessing to Tracking

My journey only started to show real results when I stopped 'working out' and started 'training.' That meant:

  • Tracking calories: I realized I wasn't eating nearly enough to build muscle.
  • Focusing on form: I stopped ego lifting and started controlling every rep, especially with compound lifts like RDLs and squats.
  • Consistency: I treated my training sessions like appointments I couldn't miss.

Why 'The Consistency Project' Matters

I didn't reach my current strength levels in six months. It took years of rinsing and repeating the basics. That is exactly what I teach my clients today. Whether you are a busy working woman or a mom juggling a schedule, you don't need an hour-long, extreme workout. You need a program that fits into your life.

I offer online fitness coaching for women that prioritizes sustainable fat loss and muscle building over quick, unsustainable results. We work on progressive overload, flexible dieting, and habit tracking. I don't give you boring meal plans or crash diets. I teach you how to fuel your body and move weights with proper technique so you can eventually manage your fitness independently. If you are ready to stop guessing and start seeing real progress, let's work on a plan that actually fits your schedule.
