Witness the grind that leads to the podium. These aren't just medals; they are the result of unwavering focus, intense preparation, and absolute discipline on the platform.

Gold medal and a new national deadlift record of 318kg. Even though I wasn't at my best due to travel and poor conditioning, I gave it my all. This is what happens when faith and hard work meet.

A monstrous 315kg deadlift to claim the gold medal in the 105kg senior category. This lift was a statement of pure strength, resilience, and years of dedication.

A 270kg opening squat at the Senior State Meet. This lift set the tone for the entire championship, where I went on to win Overall Gold. A balanced mindset and sharp execution carried me through.

Mindset is greater than everything. A glimpse into the focus and determination required on the competition platform. This is what it takes to be a state champion.

From a life-threatening accident in 2018 to receiving the Karnataka Rajyotsava award in 2022. Life is about persisting. If you want something, only you can get it through focus and consistency.

A proud moment receiving the Karnataka Rajyotsava award, the state's second-highest civilian honor, for my achievements in powerlifting. This is the result of years of dedication to the sport.

Training vibes after a short break. The cycle of work, train, rest, repeat is what I live for. Consistency is the key to all success.

About this collection

These podium finishes didn't come from simple motivation, they came from a refusal to stop when things got difficult. Whether I am pulling a 318kg deadlift while managing travel fatigue or squatting through a recovery phase, the work remains the same. You don't see the missed reps or the days I didn't want to show up in these pictures, but that is where the real championship is won.

Competition is the ultimate stress test. It strips away the ego and leaves you with nothing but the iron and your own belief. My journey, from surviving a life-threatening accident in 2018 to receiving the Karnataka Rajyotsava award in 2022, proves that powerlifting is not just about medals. It is about character.

I have set records in the deadlift, including my signature 318kg pull, but the numbers are just a byproduct of a systematic approach to training. At Balarka Fitness, we focus on the foundation. A strong squat, a technical bench press, and a powerful deadlift require more than just raw aggression. They require technical precision, autonomic regulation, and a mindset that treats every session as a prayer.

When I prepare for a meet, I don't look for shortcuts. I use my own body as the lab. My clients see the results of this testing ground every day. We train in a high-energy environment, pushing limits through group motivation while ensuring every lift is safe and effective. If you are serious about competing, you need a coach who has actually stood on the platform, failed, learned, and then come back to win. My coaching is built on this transparency. We work on your diet, your recovery, and your mental game, not just your program. This is where we create legacies, not just athletes.
