I work with men and women aiming for competitive powerlifting in junior or senior categories. You’ve got to be serious about the sport. If you just want to play around, I’m not your guy.
We grind, hard. I’m on the gym floor with you, not just sending routines on WhatsApp. I watch every rep, correct your form, and push you through failures. Main focus: squat, bench, deadlift. I always say, “If you can’t deadlift, what’s the point?” Programs are structured for peak performance, with cycles like my 9-weeks-out plan. Mental toughness is a must. Injuries happen - but a ghayal sher (wounded lion) doesn’t back down.
Train with me at Ultimate Gym, Bhubaneswar, with Team Khordha, or go online if you’re outside the city. Online is for self-driven athletes who can stick to the grind.
My team has national medalists, record holders, and state champs. This isn’t just talk - the medals prove it.
