My workshops are less about learning a fancy pose and more about finding a rhythm that works for your body right now. Whether it’s a 6-week intensive for backbends or a weekend recovery session, we keep the batches small so I can actually see your form and keep you safe. This isn't about rigid perfection, it's about showing up.
Finding Your Rhythm at Lift Studio
I run these workshops out of Lift Studio in Kochi because the energy is grounded, the equipment is professional, and it’s a community, not just a room full of mats. When I structure a workshop, my goal is to bridge the gap between 'I want to be stronger' and 'I'm not sure how to move safely.'
What You Can Expect
- Advanced Skill Series: These are 6-week courses focusing on specific goals like inversions, backbends, or arm balances. They are designed for people who have a base and want to break through a plateau safely.
- Recovery & Maintenance: Sometimes the most advanced thing you can do is rest. My recovery workshops focus on partner stretches, PNF techniques, and active release, helping you flush out soreness from your regular lifting or work routines.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are these suitable for beginners? Some are, some aren't. I am very vocal about when a workshop is for intermediate practitioners to ensure nobody gets hurt. If you are new to the mat, reach out first.
- What if I miss a class? Life happens. Consistency beats perfection, always. We have drop-in options for some sessions so you don't feel locked out if your schedule gets chaotic.
- Do I need equipment? Everything you need is at the studio. Just bring yourself and a willingness to try.
